The founders and supporters of the Community-Based Family Conflict Resolution Program believe that the physical and emotional well-being of the youngest, most precious members of our community must be protected at times of family breakup. Below is a summary of the Rights of Children which has been developed as a guide to the fair and just treatment of children affected by separation and divorce. All those who work under the program are dedicated to the protection of children and are obligated to promote and protect these basic rights.
