Are reports available for use in family court, if required?

During the preliminary mediation process, progress reports can be provided to the parties involved while the conflict resolution team continues its work on formulating recommendations towards getting the parties to agree to a voluntary consent agreement.

In the event that the parties are unable to reach a final agreement at the end of the mediation process or should all the parties not consent to participate in mediation, with the consent of at least one consenting party, the team will continue to gather and analyze information with the objective of coming up with a list of non-biased recommendations that would be in the best interest of the parties.  A full and final report together with recommendations and reasons to support the said recommendations will be prepared for all parties which can be submitted to the court should any of the parties still wish to go to court.
