Are the recommendations for the family, which were developed through the Community-Based Family Conflict Resolution Program, made automatically binding for the parties in a manner similar to binding arbitration without the parties having to return to family court?

If the parties are court ordered to participate, the court can incorporate that the findings and recommendations made by the Program in an order which will be binding upon the parties.  This process would be similar to the courts having moved the parties into binding arbitration and will completely remove the conflict from the family court system.
