The Program has been designed in such as manner so that it can, at any time either before or during a court proceeding, be implemented by one or more of the parties on a voluntary basis. During an ongoing court matter, parties can either singly or jointly apply to participate. If matters are pressing in court, one or both parties can request that the ongoing proceedings be adjourned to allow the parties to engage the program before returning to the court.
