Can Program workers attend court, if required?

In most cases, Program workers will not be required to attend court because objective sworn reports can be provided instead.  However, if a Program worker is required to attend court, this can be accommodated.  Program workers are trained to be familiar with providing sworn affidavits for use at court and, if necessary, provide testimony at trials.
