Is there a policy for handling complaints received from parties regarding the Community-Based Family Conflict Resolution Program or any of its workers?

In the event that any party has a complaint regarding the process which is being conducted by any of the team members, the affected party may submit the same in writing.  The complaint will be reviewed by a separate team of three workers headed by at least one recognized professional.  After this review, a written response will be provided to the complainant and the appropriate corrective measures will be taken.
