What happens if one party does not agree with the findings and recommendations of the conflict resolution team after an appeal?

If one parties goes through the appeal process and still does not agree with the findings and recommendations of the conflict resolution team then the dissenting party can take matters back to family court for a judge to rule on the facts in the case.  The final report containing the findings and recommendations of the conflict resolution team will be submitted to the court by the party who wishes to use the report as evidence.  The member of the conflict resolution team who wrote the final report will be available for attendance at court.
