Should any of the parties who are supporting members or are involved in the Program require the services of a lawyer, they will be referred to a list of lawyers who have confirmed their support of a less adversarial process when dealing with high conflict families and have confirmed their endorsement of “the rights of the child” as outlined under the Family Conflict Resolution Program.
